Only exchanges subject to the following conditions will be accepted.
-The shoes shouldn't have been used in any way
-The shoes should be returned in their original packaging
-The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery. To request for an exchange, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.
At this time, we do not accept returns for refunds.
